Our Story

The Authentic BA Team

An Authentic Team

The Authentic BA came to life in early 2023. Just three months prior, Santi bid farewell to his corporate job, fueled by the desire to craft something meaningful. His background as a Crossfit Trainer, where he connected with individuals and guided them towards their fitness goals, served as a pivotal influence.

After a period of soul-searching, Santi had a heartfelt conversation with his childhood friend and football teammate, Ezequiel. Their friendship spanned over two decades, with Ezequiel being the designated Grillmaster for every team Asado.

Out of this connection, The Authentic Asado emerged, not just as a provider of top-notch grilled steak, but as an endeavor centered around the shared experience of this Argentine ritual. The core belief was that the most immersive way to understand a culture is by embracing its traditions and engaging with its people.

What better means than to step into a local’s home, participate in a traditional ritual, and gather around a table with them?

As the journey progressed and the team expanded, new adventures found their place, consistently guided by the commitment to authenticity and the creation of unique, enduring memories.

The fleeting nature of time, coupled with the tendency to be sidetracked by trivial matters, highlights the importance of embracing our journey in this world.

Time is even more limited when we travel.
We want to steer clear from mainstream attractions and invest that precious time in immersing ourselves deeply into the true local culture.

Here’s when The Authentic BA steps in. That’s our mission – to curate experiences that make the most of the limited time available. To design events that, even with the passage of years, remain unforgettable. To shape moments that truly make you feel alive.

That's why we are here

This journey has just begun, and we hope our paths meet during your visit to Buenos Aires.
