This was a wonderful and intimate tour! I really enjoyed the staff and the food and wine were AMAZING. It was in a small group setting which made it feel very personalized. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. It was my second day in Argentina and they recommended a lot of places to go, foods to try, etc. I would recommend this over a sit down restaurant because you learn a lot about the culture and what goes into an asado. We had this most amazing time! Santi and his crew were so professional and took the extra step to make sure we had the best experience possible. Transportation was provided from our Airbnb to and from the yacht club, the captain and the sommelier were young and fun, and the company we met was entertaining. The sommelier brought different Argentine wines that we had never tried (all were delicious) and Santi provided some great food pairings for each wine. Best of all, the sunset was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend an evening in BA.
I found this Authentic Asado through a long time friend, hoping to finally experience Argentina's meat and wines. After attending the event, I can say that this experience is more than just food and drink. we met and shared with local people, learning about the different cuts, grilling techniques, and even trying a local dessert. A great experience of food, drink, people and the best of humanity. It was the highlight of our trip to Buenos Aires!
This was a top highlight of our trip to Buenos Aires. We had an amazing afternoon and early evening sail with Santiago, Nati and Matias. Nati did an amazing job selecting and discussing the wines - she is extremely knowledgable. It was an excellent range of quality wines that showcased the breadth of Argentina’s varietals. The charcuterie board was one of the best we have ever had…and trust me, we have had a lot! It was more than just a boat/wine trip, we felt like we were with friends enjoying a beautiful day on the water. Our hosts were extremely professional, yet engaging and enjoyable to be with. We are so glad we booked this trip - don’t hesitate to do the same - you are in good hands with this trio!
